Water installation inspection
The internal drinking water installation must be inspected before it is first put into use or after a major alteration to the installation (for example, after renovation work).
How we work
1. The delivery time is guaranteed at 7 to 14 days. If you need an inspection sooner, please contact us to find out what is possible.
2. If you order online, we will contact you within 24 hours to set an appointment. You will receive an e-mail confirming your appointment.
3. The invoice is attached to this e-mail. You must pay this invoice by bank transfer in advance. For security reasons, cash payments are not accepted.
4. The inspection report is handed over on site.
What must be present for the inspection?
The following must be present for the inspection:
- A schematic plan of the installation must be available in triplicate when the inspection is carried out.
- A list of the specific appliances fitted to the installation must be available in triplicate.
At a minimum, the following appliances must be installed for the inspection to be carried out:
- Hot water production
- Central heating
- Toilet
- Bath/shower with taps
- Kitchen tap
- Washbasin with taps
- Top-up installation for a second water circuit (for example a rainwater circuit, swimming pool or well water)
- Central backflow protection
If any of the appliances listed above is not present, only a provisional inspection of the installation can be carried out. An additional inspection will then be required once the installation has been completed. For building sites that need a water supply, a single-tap connection can be requested, for which an inspection certificate is also required.
