** A large house is a home with a habitable floor area of 250 m² to 350 m². This usually concerns large villas. The habitable floor area includes all areas of the living space, including converted and/or insulated attics. Detached garages, sheds, commercial buildings or other structures are not included. If in doubt, choose the cheapest option; we will correct this after the site visit if necessary.

The rates for the asbestos certificate (asbestattest) include up to three samples with the associated laboratory analysis. If more samples prove necessary, these are charged extra at €25 each (VAT included).
For each asbestos certificate issued, we are required to charge a fee of €59 on behalf of OVAM and pass it on to them.
