- A large house is a home with a floor area of 250 m² to 350 m². If in doubt, choose the cheapest option; we will correct this after the site visit if necessary. For larger properties, you can request a quote here
- These rates apply to residential buildings only. For commercial premises, office buildings, public buildings, businesses or industrial sites, you can request a quote here.
- The rates include up to three samples with the associated laboratory analysis. If more samples prove necessary, these are charged extra at €25 each (VAT included). Mandatory sampling is carried out in accordance with the inspection protocol imposed by OVAM.
- For each asbestos certificate issued, we are required to charge a fee of €59 on behalf of OVAM and pass it on to them.

How we work
You can place your order online. An appointment for the site visit is made as soon as possible. Need help with the form, or would you rather order by phone? Call 053 430 430 every day between 8 am and 6 pm.
Once the appointment has been set, you will receive an e-mail confirming it, with the digital version of your invoice attached. The invoice can be paid by bank transfer, so there is no need to pay online through our website.
Delivery is digital (by e-mail)
If you are selling your home, you may also need an electrical inspection. In that case, we recommend ordering a good-value combination package: asbestos certificate + EPC (energy performance certificate) + electrical inspection.
